Charmed is a blockbuster fantasy drama series produced by Aaron Spelling and Brad Kern, the showrunner. It attained a cult following, with 7.7 million people watching its first episode and receiving prestigious awards and nominations. Prue Halliwell

Shannen Doherty plays the role of Prue Halliwell, the eldest of the trio of sisters. She is brave, cautious, go-getter. Prue stands out from her sisters with powers related to the mind and movement. She possesses a telekinesis ability, allowing her to use her mind to move objects, and later develops astral projection –being in two places at once, and martial arts skills.

In the series, Prue is the eldest and most powerful, leading the sisters to fight evil, battle demons and warlocks, and protect the innocent. Piper Halliwell

Played by Holly Marie Combs, Piper is the middle sister but becomes the eldest after Prue’s death. As a charmed one, Piper has extraordinary powers and abilities, including the power of molecular manipulation. Her power evolves as the series continues, and she learns to freeze objects and people and cause things and evil beings to explode.

Among the best parts of the Charmed Show is Piper’s personality transformation from a shy and submissive person to an assertive sister, ready to conquer evil forces. Piper’s professional life also grows drastically, from a chef and hotel manager to a club owner and manager. Piper marries Leo, a whitelighter, and has three kids. 

Phoebe Halliwell

Alyssa Milano plays Phoebe’s role in the Charmed Show, the youngest of the Charmed Ones. Phoebe is a typical lastborn and the most rebellious of the sisters. She gets into trouble with her elder sister Prue occasionally, though the two mend their issues promptly. Phoebe is a college student, then becomes an advice columnist in a newspaper.  

Like her sisters, Phoebe has unique gifts. She has martial art skills, and premonition, allowing her to see the past and future. Later in the series, Phoebe develops more powers, including levitation and empathy. Also, Phoebe has elemental witch powers like brewing potions, divining for information, and casting spells.

Paige Matthews

In season four, the Charmed Show introduces Rose McGowan as Paige Matthews, a half-sister to the Charmed Ones. She is ambitious, outspoken, loyal, assertive, and a witch and whitelighter. Paige has teleporting powers, enabling her to move objects with her mind and vocal command and healing, sensing, and glamouring abilities. Also, she could tap into the Power of the Three to defeat powerful demons and warlocks.
